The public monitor works without an account. An email address is needed only when you voluntarily request alerts.
Optional alerts
When you join the alert list, ResetPulse stores your email, a confirmation token, subscription status, confirmation time, notification time, and optional campaign attribution. A confirmation step is required before alerts are sent.
Public visits
When a campaign link is used, the site may record a sanitized source, medium, campaign, content label, landing path, and UTC day bucket to measure whether a channel brought useful visits. The site does not need your Codex credentials.
Qualified actions
For product improvement, the site may record an anonymous fixed-choice action such as saving the planner, exporting a calendar, sharing or downloading an evidence card, copying an anonymous account observation, verifying a receipt, copying a verified citation, copying an integration snippet, submitting an observation, or joining alerts, together with sanitized campaign labels and a UTC day bucket. No IP address, device identifier, cookie, email, account identifier, or credential is stored for this measurement.
Community observations
The optional evidence form stores only a public event id, fixed choices for surface, scope, result, and a normalized UTC observation time. A browser-only rate token limits repeat submissions; no email, account identifier, free text, password, session, or credential is collected. Reports remain unverified and aggregate-only. If you copy an observation summary, it contains only those fixed choices and public evidence links.
Not collected
ResetPulse does not ask for or read your Codex password, session, private usage panel, private account state, or private source credentials. Public API responses omit private source URLs and internal identifiers.
Stop alerts
Every alert includes an unsubscribe path. You can stop future alerts at any time. If you did not request an alert, ignore the confirmation message and no active subscription is created.
